While the confirmation or voting process is crucial for enforcing violations, there are scenarios where immediate action may be necessary due to urgency or other compelling reasons.
For instance:
A user posts an uncensored photo of a child who fell victim to child exploitation and has been saved by authorities. The intention is to seek the community's help in identifying the perpetrator. However, this action might have a lasting impact on the child, resembling a repeated victimization. In such cases, lacking consideration for the potential harm inflicted may result in penalties.
Another scenario involves a user posting an uncensored photo of a child victim of both exploitation and human trafficking. The child is currently in grave danger, requiring society's assistance to locate the crime scene for an urgent rescue. In this situation, the community may recognize the immediate necessity of the action and vote on the user's post as a rule violation. However, no penalties will be imposed, acknowledging the unique circumstances that led to the violation.
This nuanced approach ensures that the platform can address situations where it might be necessary to deviate from standard rules in the pursuit of justice or under urgent circumstances, maintaining a delicate balance between prompt action and the significance of user deliberation.
Note: The points may be revised in the future if needed, but any changes will not affect the scores that have been calculated before the adjustment.
