Our Proficiency Levels are designed to evaluate the reliability of information sources and the confidence in the information provided. These levels are categorized into six tiers, aligning with the NATO standardization agreement, Stanag 2022, and incorporating a confidence scoring method derived from an extension of STANAG2022 introduced by the HAL Institute, a French multidisciplinary open-access research archive.
The Proficiency Levels reflect a user's skill, commitment, and trustworthiness. They guide the evaluation of information sources and instill confidence in the content shared. This structure rewards consistent engagement and deters the use of multiple accounts by linking proficiency to voting influence.
To attain these Proficiency Levels and gain recognition as reliable contributors, users must consistently demonstrate their commitment to the platform over time. Here's how the levels are determined:
Level 6 (Proficiency Cannot Be Judged): Achieved with fewer than 3,000 Proficiency Points, indicating an initial stage where proficiency cannot be assessed.
Level 5 (Unskilled): Achieved after 30 days of active participation and the accurate completion of 100 tasks, accumulating 3,000 points (averaging 3.33 tasks per day).
Level 4 (Insufficiently Proficient): Attained after 100 days of continuous engagement and the accurate completion of 1,000 tasks, amassing 100,000 points (averaging 10 tasks per day).
Level 3 (Partially Proficient): Earned after 200 days of consistent activity and the accurate completion of 4,000 tasks, accumulating 800,000 points (averaging 20 tasks per day).
Level 2 (Proficient): Awarded after 400 days of dedicated participation and the accurate completion of 16,000 tasks, amassing 6,400,000 points (averaging 40 tasks per day).
Level 1 (Expert): Conferred after 600 days of sustained commitment and the accurate completion of 60,000 tasks, accumulating a remarkable 36,000,000 points (averaging 100 tasks per day).
Here's a practical example to illustrate:
User A: Participated for 1 day, accurately completed 1 task. Proficiency Points 1×1=1point.
User B: Participated for 10 days, accurately completed 1 task. Proficiency Points = 10×1=10points.
User C: Participated for 1 day, accurately completed 10 tasks. Proficiency Points = 1×10=10points.
